Is there a Trezor account login?
Trezor hardware wallets do not use a conventional online account password to access your funds. Trezor Suite is the companion app; you connect your device and authorize sensitive actions on the device itself.
Will Trezor support ask for my recovery seed?
No. Never share your recovery seed or enter it into a website, chat, email, or support form. Anyone who obtains it can take control of your assets.
What should I do if my device is not detected?
Try a known data-capable USB cable and another port, then relaunch the official Trezor Suite app. Update only through official Trezor channels and never install a “fix” from a stranger.
Can I recover my wallet without the device?
A wallet may be recoverable using its recovery seed, but recovery must be done with extreme care and only following official instructions. Keep the seed offline and private; never type it into a computer or phone.
